Avaya Awards Buzzeasy’s Seamless Integration with Core Communications Platform, Avaya Aura

Avaya has confirmed that Buzzeasy, the innovative cloud-based customer contact solution, has successfully completed full Avaya DevConnect Compliance Testing.

This significant achievement confirms Buzzeasy’s seamless integration with Avaya Inc.’s key contact centre solutions, Avaya Aura Communication Manager 7.0, Session Manager 7.0 and System Manager 7.0.
