Senior Project Manager in Budapest, Hungary 

Geomant is a global provider of both on premise and cloud unified communications and collaboration solutions. Geomant’s solutions empower today’s contact centre workforces to be connected through voice, email, collaboration, conferencing and online meetings.

Geomant has main offices in the UK, USA, Romania and Hungary with members of the UK team sitting in each office forming a virtual team. This position is based in Budapest. We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude who can manage and prioritise their own work schedule.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design and delivery of medium to complex solutions to achieve customer satisfaction and financial success. Job holders will ensure resources are in place and manage the activities of the project team ensuring they have the required information and pre-requisites necessary to complete the project. The job holder will take ownership and accountability for multiple projects from order to final acceptance.

You should have:

  • university or college degree in Engineering or Business Management
  • a minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager in infocommunication industry
  • the ability to demonstrate successful completion of projects
  • a formal project qualification is preferred but a minimum awareness of published Project Management theories (PRINCE2, PMBOK, SCRUM)
  • a basic understanding of voice, data and contact centre technologies
  • excellent planning, organising and controlling capabilities
  • good people management skills, ability to work with remote teams
  • excellent communication skills at all levels including spoken and written English
  • ability to work in a logical structured manner under pressure
  • ability to command the respect of the customer and your colleagues

Marketing Manager - Buzzeasy in USA, East Coast

We have been providing successful Communication solutions to Contact Center organizations of every type and size across the world for nearly two decades. Geomant helps organizations navigate the challenges associated with choosing and managing disparate technologies by guiding them through the complexities of integrating Communication solutions across multiple systems and environments.

Now, we are leveraging that success to launch a new flagship Contact Center as a Service application “Buzzeasy” and we are looking for a Marketing Manager to be a key participant in this exciting next phase of our business.

Your responsibilites will include

  • Primary responsibility is to create and manage the execution of a marketing plan for our flagship CCaaS platform, “Buzzeasy”. The marketing plan will support aggressive growth in the USA, UK, ANZ and several European markets.
  • Overall responsibility for creating and managing the lead generation process. This includes website, LinkedIn profile and all the other platforms;
  • Create and manage events designed to support sales initiatives including webinars, tradeshows, client-facing events, and networking opportunties
  • Work with the senior leadership of the Buzzeasy business unit to build and manage brand identity,create brand awareness, and deliver campaigns focused on Buzzeasy intiatives.
  • Manage and organize the launch of a new website Buzzeasy.com.
  • Plan and coordinate the execution of email and social campaigns.
  • Create and manage the Buzzeasy content calendar.
  • Manage content writers to ensure brand approved content is delivered to all platforms.       This includes regularly publishing blogs on our website and digital profiles.
  • Coordinate our marketing activities across several regions by working together with the regional marketing staff. You will manage one UK and one European based Marketing Specialist. These will be hired once the Marketing Manager role is filled so that you can help build the Team.
  • Establish an annual budget for your marketing plan while maximizing ROI on all initiatives.
  • Search for and leverage partner marketing funds (MDF).
  • Manage our relationship with external marketing agencies (search for them, contract them, manage them).

Software Tester in Budapest, Hungary / Cluj-Napoca, Romania or remotely

At Geomant we are developing Contact Center solutions using modern technologies. We are working using Scrum methodology and you will be part of two of the autonomous, cross function teams owning significant roles in the company. One team is supporting custom applications and fitting existing softwares to customer's needs and the other is developing IVR (Interactive Voice Response) solutions. You will support them as Software Tester.

 

You are our candidate if you have these skills and experiences

  • Deep involvement in product failure analysis
  • Creating and executing test against web & windows applications
  • Executing web and windows application testing on all levels (system, integration, regression)
  • Experience in API testing
  • Experience in automated testing, test automation framework experience
  • Experience in frontend testing
  • You are willing to learn the latest technologies and methodologies, and you would also do anything to acquire fresh knowledge
  • You communicate with confidence in English (with both customers and colleagues)

You will be actively participating in the full development lifecycle including the design, estimations, and development as part of a cross functional agile team, working closely with the product team to innovate the current product.

 

Key Tasks:

  • Design, engineer and implement new product features for .NET and Azure based applications
  • Support existing services resolving bugs and troubleshooting whilst liaising with the customer success and support team.

Account Manager in Budapest, Hungary

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Work closely with customers and potential clients mainly in Hungary, secondarily in other countries in EMEA to provide them Geomant Contact Center Solutions
  • Understand and document customer requirements in a structured way working closely with internal pre-sales consultants
  • Perform basic software product demonstrations
  • Prepare offer documents and customer contracts
  • Initiate sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments
  • Manage and develop accounts by regular visits and proactive consultative care
  • Respond to customer requests in a timely manner over emails, phone calls and chat sessions
  • Prepare weekly activity reports and monthly achievement reports
  • You will represent the customer with Geomant and fight for long term customer satisfaction.
