Avaya System Engineer in Romania and Hungary

We are looking for a motivated system engineer who is looking for professional development in our expanding team.

Key Tasks:
- Participation in the infrastructural development of CC and UC projects
- Communication with customers during support work
- Solving incoming reports, problem management, administration, use of error management system
- Supervision of SIP based communication systems
- Support for internal IT systems
Required Skills:
- Basic network knowledge
- Basic Call center knowledge
- Avaya Aura knowledge (min 2 years)
- Confident professional knowledge of English verbal and in writing is essential to fill the position
- Advanced telecommunication knowledge
- Basic Call center knowledge
- Understanding SIP
- Patience and helpfulness to customers and employees
- Constructive and effective communication
- Linux skills
- Windows Server skills
- MS Office skills
- Precise administration, documentation of error tickets
Good to Have:
- Basic network knowledge
- Avaya CMS, AACC, SBA, WSfE, Oceana knowledge
- Network experience
- Avaya certifications
- MS Skype for Business knowledge
- MS Teams knowledge
- Azure DevOps administration skills
- Tier1-Tier3 support skills
