Geomant’s Desktop Connect for CRM r4.2 solution now rated “Avaya Compliant” with Avaya contact center solutions

The highly intuitive, ‘out-of-the-box’ Desktop Connect solution unifies Avaya solutions in a single agent interface that encompasses both telephony and CRM functions. Embedding telephony into the CRM interface eliminates agents switching between applications during a call, significantly improving customer service and agent productivity. The application is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Aura® Application Enablement Services 10.1 and Avaya Proactive Outreach Manager 4.0.
