Accent Housing have been using Geomant Contact Expert since February 2018. We now have a sophisticated unified communications and contact centre solution that enables us to provide an omnichannel communications service to our customers, as well as enhanced collaboration for geographically-dispersed staff.
The project has been transformational in helping us to improve customer experience and digital engagement. We find the Geomant team helpful, supportive and innovative and the product continues to improve with additional features and benefits. In July 2018, the implementation project was recognised at the HANA Awards where Accent was the winner in the “Best Use of Technology” category.
