Contact Manager is a simple, but highly effective, pre-packaged tool, created by our in-house Professional Services team to add automated, agent-less proactive customer contact to any CRM system, enabling alerts, reminders, automated responses, announcements, updates, and surveys.

Contact lists, supplied by your CRM or traditional outbound dialler system, are readily converted into an SMS, Email and Outbound IVR campaign, using a simple batch file or web services interface. SMS text responses or unsubscribe messages can be responded to automatically, analyzed for key words, and collated for importing back into the CRM system or outbound dialler.
