Eldar Banjica is Geomant’s Business Development Director and in this role he is responsible for the company’s territorial and portfolio growth, relationship management with strategic partners and key marketing initiatives.

Prior to joining Geomant in 2002, Eldar held several positions in Avaya Services organization, followed by becoming Avaya’s Regional Account Director and Regional CRM Sales Director, where he was responsible for some major customer acquisitions in the EMEA region. He is a graduate of Technical University of Budapest and is currently pursuing the Masters Degree in Psychology.

Eldar spends his free time doing sports (jogging, skiing, squash and golf), reading and socializing with friends.
