Carl has a range of experience at virtually all levels of what it takes an enterprise to run a successful outbound and blended operation and how to improve operational efficiency while reducing cost. He has held positions including; 15 years with Avaya in sales, pre-sales consulting, channel development, technical sales support, project management, training and operations.  He also leverages experience gained as the VP of Solutions for Noble System, Special Projects Manager for Chase Manhattan Bank and as a Loan Officer for Transamerica Financial. Carl has provided solutions to both enterprise and growth companies in over 30 countries and across multiple verticals including financial, cable, insurance, health, telecom, outsourcing and BPO.

Carl holds a B.B.A degree in finance from Texas A&M University in College Station.
