Akos Vecsei is one of the three founders of Geomant, setting up the company following an early career with Apple Computers and Lucent Technologies. Akos graduated as a mathematician at JATE, Science University of Szeged, Hungary. He worked as a consultant, solution architect and trainer within the Netcare Professional Services Division of Lucent Technologies. His experience encompasses assignments in more than 20 countries throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa. After founding Geomant in 2000, Akos took responsibility for building a strong technical team. His current role encompasses company-wide resource management, technical skills maintenance for the engineer team, development of new partnerships and extending Geomant’s technical portfolio. He also oversees project quality assurance. Akos spends his leisure time scuba and free diving.
