Short Work Description

The implementation of Contact Center systems consists of merging media channels (voice, email, web and chat) into one virtual channel. Based on the developer’s affinity he/she can work on server side, client side or GUI areas of the development.

  • Good knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages: C#, VB, C/C++, Java
  • Basic knowledge of web development technologies (ASP, JSP, HTML, XML)
  • Basic knowledge of network architectures (LAN, WAN) and good knowledge of TCP/IP
  • Good knowledge of software development methods (OOP, Server-client architectures, distributed architectures, COM/DCOM or CORBA)
  • Affinity towards dynamic work environment, professional challenges and frequent travels
  • Driver’s license
