Geomant Enterprise Solutions is looking for Senior Software Developers to join the Software Development Unit (SDU) in the Budapest office.

Short Work Description

Our work consists in the development of Unified Communication products and applications running in Contact Centers. Our solutions are running on a big variety of platforms, always depending on the customer needs. Two major focuses are the Microsoft Unified Communication and Avaya based Contact Center solutions. Based on the developer’s affinity he/she can work on classical client-server, web development or User Interaction driven architectures.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages: C#, Java, VB or C/C++
  • Knowledge of web service and web development technologies (.NET, Silverlight, ASP, JSP, XML, AJAX, GWT)
  • Basic understanding of network architectures (LAN, WAN)
  • Understanding the software development methodology
  • Customer oriented, can do! attitude
  • Good command of English
  • Results-oriented, problem solving and communication skills
  • Being proactive and taking responsibility for getting things done
  • Team working skills
  • Good understanding of relational database systems and hands-on experience with MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL or any other RDBMS.
  • Affinity towards dynamic work environment, professional challenges
  • At least 3-5 year work experience

Any of these is an advantage

  • Computer Telephony experience (TAPI, TSAPI, JTAPI)
  • Basic knowledge of communication protocols (SIP, ISDN, QSIG, VOIP, etc.)
  • Microsoft Lync, UCMA experience
  • Avaya experience
